Qualifications & experience

• Degree or above in Building Services/ Mechanical or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' proven experience in MVAC installation.
• Well versed in the execution of MVAC subcontract work, able to work independently for each job duty assigned by the team leader, and good in communication with relevant contractual parties.
• Experience in BIM & AutoCAD is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience or qualifications may be considered for the positions of Engineer.
• Experience in BIM is an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the team leader / project manager in the management of project including planning, coordination, progress monitoring, sub-contractors supervision, testing and commissioning.
