Our client is a renowned Contractor based in Hong Kong. They are providing market leading packages to hire a Site Manager  to lead their projects. 

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Duty Manager. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates.
- Manage all project-related documentation.
 

Requirements:  

- Degree holder with min. 7 years' experience, including 5 years in managing a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driving license and Security Personnel Permit.
- Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit issued under Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460,  HK Laws).
- Proficient in road work, traffic management, and first aid.
- Experience in law enforcement and transportation regulations.
- Ability to report for duty within 30 minutes of workplace is a bonus. 
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese. Good supervisory technique is a plus.
