Job Description

Responsibilities

·              Manage global brands social media initiatives for Mainland China market

·              Provide consulting activities to fuel our clients’ social strategies and develop our scope on branding, community development, creative and media strategies

·              Set objectives for social media effort and review ROI periodically through reports and presentations

·              Adjust and refine social network services to reach client’s business objectives

·              Analyze and provide recommendations on multilingual digital marketing

·              Monitor potential competition and market change, new trends and development in the social media landscape

·              Follow up on existing social media project, mainly focusing on Chinese platform: Douyin, Sina Weibo, WeChat, Youku, Little Red Book

·              Work with team members and ensure quality on content publishing and provide real-time monitoring across social media channels

·              Assist team leader on e-listening projects, Moderation and community Management


 

Qualifications

·       Degree holder in Marketing or equivalence

·   Minimum 5 years' digital marketing relevance working experience, prior digital marketing exposure within eCommerce, fashion, luxury or beauty industries will be an advantageous

·    Experience on social listening, Sprinklr preferred

·    Experiences in handling social media projects for Mainland China, HK & TW markets

·    Experiences in managing media buy projects for China markets would be an advantage

·    Experience on use of market insight to create compelling propositions

·    Strong proven track record of launching digital marketing campaigns & content marketing showcases

·    Rich experiences in designing and planning for clients on social media content, with ability in coordinating different parties such as ePR agency, creative firm, copywriter

·    Data analysis experience to track ROI activities

·    Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both spoken and written

·    Self-motivated, attention to details with strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently 

·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with different levels of people

·    Content and copywriting portfolio would be a plus
