Job Description

• As a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 regulated activities and oversee the research department
• Supervise research report and analysis on Hong Kong and oversea stock market
• Formulate the policy and procedure for research department
• Developing investment strategies, planning investment cycles, investment portfolios, and exit methods
• Develop corresponding financing plans based on investment need
• Conduct survey, roadshow, investigation trip and other research activities for investors and clients
• Establish fund operation process through collaboration between internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or any related disciplines
• Must be a current SFC Type 4 Responsible Officer License holder in sizable securities
• Candidate with Chinese state owned securities experience is a plus
• Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Fluent in a third language is a plus
