Requirements:

• 5 subjects at Grade E in HKCEE/Level 2 (Pass) in HKDSE including English (Syllabus B in HKCEE), Chinese and Mathematics; 
• Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines is preferred;
• 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in social welfare service or sizable organizations is advantage;
• High proficiency in common computer software applications;
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Organize the employee induction and orientation program, including logistical coordination, analysis, and evaluation;
• Provide administrative support for HR operations; 
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned;
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week;
• Working Location: Kwun Tong.
