Our client is one of the leading brand management, retail and distribution groups in the Asia-Pacific Region. They offer a wide range of luxury products through more than 150 retail outlets in the region. To cope with the company ongoing growth and development, they are now looking for high calibre candidates for the following position:

Your role:

• Responsible for HR functions, including employee relationship, MPF administration, work injury cases and HR statistics
• Maintain the accuracy of data in HRIS system, including personal data, leave and attendance
• Support compensation and benefits review, market survey and performance review
• Manage recruitment activities, including advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling and reference checks on candidates.
• Assist in office administration duties, including insurance renewal
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• 3 years or above solid HR generalist experience in sizable organization is preferred;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
• Responsible, detail-minded, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
