Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily IT systems and infrastructure support
• Participate in IT infrastructure security implementation projects
• Maintain data backup and disaster recovery plan
• Provide user accounts administration and end user technical support
• Perform ad hoc IT related tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience of managing Microsoft 365 on an enterprise-scale
• Familiar with the configuration of Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.
• Excellent knowledge and proven expertise of deploying and managing Active Directory and Windows Server
• Knowledge of Power Platform would be an advantage
• Proactive, independent, self-discipline and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of System Administrator
