Qualifications & experience

• Certificate / Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Hotel industry
• Self-motivated, friendly, guest-oriented, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Willing to work on shift duties

Tasks & responsibilities

• To provide guest services for customers including check-in and check-out services in a professional manner
• Maintain good relationships and a high standard of service with all guests
• To handle guests’ enquiries or complaints
