Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performing all-round the Group’s HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management.
- Manage and process daily tasks such as handling the on-boarding process, payroll and employee income tax calculation & processing, and employee medical and insurance claims, etc.
- Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR related policies, procedures and workflows to achieve operational efficiency
- Develop annual Organization structuring, HR strategies and budget planning
- Support company events and staff activities
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably with experience in fashion retail
- Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances and HR practices
- Knowledge in Singapore, China & Macau Employment Ordinance would be advantage
- Knowledge in Retail Operation/Retail Admin is an advantage
- Detail-minded and well-organized with strong numerical sense
- Independent, Flexible, Self-motivated, Positive & multi-tasking
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Able to work effectively in a matrix environment
