Responsibilities:
• Handle freight cost quotation and cost analysis
• Liaise with factories and forwarders for shipping arrangements
• Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to internal customers.
• Handle daily rate and space inquiries for your supply chain assignments
• Interact with internal departments to ascertain shipping requirements and arrange for the transportation of goods accordingly.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in ocean freight tender management is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Relevant working experience in 3PL, carriers, or logistics operations.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
