Responsibilities

• To lead Sales Team and supervise their performance;
• Handle the whole sales process including but not limited to prepare sales related documents, follow up the sales and orders and meeting customers, etc.;
• Plan and execute sales strategies of business growth as well as achieve sales targets;
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review;
• Analysis consumer behaviors and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share;
• Update abreast of the latest market trends and collect competitor’s information, including pricing, new launch information and competitors’ marketing activation, etc.;
• Maintain and enhance the strong relationship with corporate customers for business development;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Sales or Marketing Management;
• Minimum 2 years in managerial position for food and beverage trading industry; 
• Good analytical abilities such as data analysis and insights development;
• Ambitious, result-oriented with strong business sense;
• Mature, proactive, aggressive with good presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
• Occasional business travel might be required; 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiar with Excel, v-look up function, PowerPoint and ERP system.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.)
