Responsibilities:
- Participate in retail planning and co-ordination of airport wide development projects, particularly Terminal 2 Expansion and Terminal 2 Concourse, to maximize retail opportunities
- Monitor retail asset enhancement projects of existing terminals in accordance with the defined user requirements, budget and schedule
- Support in business case development including identification of potential retail / F&B areas, project management and market research for the latest infrastructure enhancement projects to cater the changing of market dynamics and business.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Terminal Operations and Technical Services for project works approval according to the requirements, schedule and costs
- Provide support to new developed projects including contract management, operational readiness coordination, report compilation, etc.
- Assist in the co-ordination with various internal departments to maintain business continuity, as well as safety, security and sustainability standards and policies of retail business
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Surveying, Architecture or related discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in project planning and management of retail assets in sizable organizations
- Experience in statutory requirements and administrative procedures for retail/ catering units and development projects is preferred
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with forward and strategic thinking to develop and lead retail development plans
- Proficient in MS applications, Photoshop, Digital Twin, MicoStation, AutoCAD, business intelligence tools etc.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
