With an expansive retail network comprising more than 100 stores throughout the region, they are steadfastly expanding their business. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic category plan to align with company targets and maximize market sales in Hong Kong.
• Manage all aspects of the merchandising process, including product sourcing, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation, pricing, and monitoring sales performance.
• Prepare various reports on sales, products, and inventory performance.
• Monitor daily inventory, forecast orders, and implement daily replenishment strategies to maintain sufficient stock levels in stores.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to develop strategic sales plans and execute marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Merchandising or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in sourcing and buying (Beauty and Skincare).
• Experience in the Retail Sector.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
