Responsibility:

• Monitor concierge team
• Provide premier customer service to our resident
• Support daily operation and routine administration work
• Provide assistance in coordinating among different parties and department
• Provide support to the team in handling customer complaint and/or customer special request
• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year's relevant experience
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Concierge Officer
