Job Description:
This individual will be supporting the coordination of the recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure that we continue to hire the brightest candidates. He/she will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully always covered and under control. He/she will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects to support our talent team on an as needed basis.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes, providing exemplary internal and external stakeholder experience
- Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews arrangement and feedback request, as well as collation of supporting documents
- Coordinate the execution of offer letters and background screening processes
- Create job postings and post on internal and external job board
- Ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented
- Maintain accurate data and keep candidate statuses up-to-date in our applicant tracking system
- Help drive processes, compliance, and governance with the team.
- Other duties, ad-hoc and special projects or initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- 5 years of experience in a coordinator / administrator role within financial services
- Experience using ATS or equivalent systems
- Highly organized - attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, proactive, and resourceful
- Demonstrated client service focus
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
