How you will make an impact in: 

CCG Healthcare Division

• Providing support for the Ageing In Place Service Project.
• Participating in testing and enhancing the development of the Apps.
• Discipline such as Social Work, Public Health, Ageing Study, or Gerontology

Project Department – Design

• Conducting research and analysis on design trends and best practices.
• Preparing physical architectural models and delivering design proposals.
• Creating and modifying architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Participating in design meetings, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Conducting field surveys, taking measurements, and providing feedback on designs.
• Experience in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Sales Department

• Assisting in the daily sales operations. 
• Assisting in the analysis of property market data.
• Learning and contributing to the enhancement of product development and design.
• University students majoring in Real Estate, Surveying, Social Science, or Architecture.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua, as well as English.
