Job Description

AMAZINGTHING relentlessly pursue greater perfection. As an (Assistant) e-Commerce Manager, you will work in-office with a remote team environment for premium mobile accessories brands. A successful candidate will work under Global Marketing while reporting directly to the CEO for sales-related tasks. He/she unnecessarily comes from the same industry but must demonstrate excellent knowledge, planning, and skills on a global selling scale. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team and agencies to ensure sales strategies align with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Develop sales and pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to serve branding, drive traffic and maximise conversion.
  • Monitor sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight for sales and marketing initiatives, taking proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
  • Explore new and manage the existing company's website and direct sales platforms for optimal customer outreach, product launch, and sales conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to propose and implement continuous improvement in digital channels' layout, structure, display, and flow for a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Content development and management to serve marketing and sales purposes, as well as online product, tags, and attributes management.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights, informing decision-making and driving innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and successful product development.

 

Requirements:

  1. Proactive and possess strong communication skills.
  2. Strong research, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Experience in working with remote teams and managing e-commerce platforms and websites for various regions
  5. Proven experience in digital sales, strategy development, and execution.
  6. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
  7. Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on sales performance.
  8. Familiarity with promotional campaign planning, execution and ad strategy
  9. Proficiency in product management, including tags and attributes.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  11. Passion for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience.
