Job Description

Our client is a leading retail group in the Asia Pacific region with over 15 years of operation. With an extensive retail network over 200 stores in Hong Kong, they are continuously expanding their business. To support their ongoing expansion, they are inviting high-caliber candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and manage all aspects of product and offline marketing activities and reviews with problem-solving skills
  • On-going market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights; to prepare report, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning 
  • Prepare insightful and actionable brief and collaborate (included but not limit to proposal, press materials, social media contents. Etc.) closely with internal and external parties to drive quality output to achieve defined business and marketing objectives;
  • Prepare marketing plans and proposals with strategy tactic, and develop new business in order to achieve sales target
  • Responsible for marketing collaterals and souvenirs production
  • Develop strategic plan & creative visuals with internal and external parties to enhance brand presence and achieve business targets
  • Assist to identify new marketing opportunities via researching and identifying market trend, consumer needs, new technologies and competition environment, etc.
  • Maintain relationship with vendors, landlords and media and follow up inquiry


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years or above related working experience, preferably “Retail” industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with mature and detail-minded
  • Ability to work as a team and promote team effectiveness
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Application and Chinese word processing
