Client Details

Our client is a luxury retail. They have offices across the globe, multiple locations in America, Asia, and Europe. To support the growth of SEA market, they are looking for a stable, hard-working, and independent Assistant HR Manager/ Manager with international company background to work on Talent Acquisition, C&B and HR Services. This job holder will have excellent exposure taking up multiple projects, collaborating with different teams.



Description

  • Oversee the administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including conducting market analyses, managing the benefits enrollment process, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and solutions to support the company's overall objectives
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Hands-on execution of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages and adherence to all relevant tax and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with the SEA HR team to align on regional HR policies and best practices

Profile


  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of HR Generalist experience, with a strong background in payroll administration
  • Candidates with working experience in sizable, matrixed and complex organization, regional experience is advantageous
  • Familiar with Hong Kong labour ordinance and regulations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
  • Hardworking, stable and a good team player
