Responsibilities:

• Verify and handle invoice payment requests, and issue debit notes to service recipients
• Prepare and input accounting entries, and maintain payment records
• Negotiate and discuss with business units to ensure proper allocation to operating units / branches
• Monitor month-end prepayment amortization & regular review of provision / expenses accruals
• Perform actual expenses comparison against budget
• Prepare monthly general expenses analysis for management review
• Plan and prepare general expenses budget
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above, with sound accounting knowledge
• Minimum one year of experience in handling payment process
• Self-motivated with ability to handle the assigned tasks independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
