Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and transactions;
• Handle voucher preparation, reconciliations, data input and filing;
• Assist in accounts receivables and accounts payable;
• Assist in preparing financial reports and month end closing.
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and yearly internal and external audit
• Provide general support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment as required;

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCC intermediate certificate / Diploma / High Diploma or related disciplines
• 1-2 years accounting works experience
• Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility, flexible to take up new tasks assigned and willing to learn
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel), experience with MYOB advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese 
• Immediately available is preferred
