• Work closely with sales team to plan, execute, monitor and evaluate results of year-round channel marketing programs for General Trade segment and Macau market

• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize marketing resources

• Coordinate with internal operation team and manage external vendors to ensure execution excellence in promotion programs, trade activities and visibility projects

• Coordinate with brand marketing team and principal to streamline the right brand message to engage consumers and act as gatekeeper in brand compliance with support of all BTL and social activities to achieve business objectives

• Support Macau team for logistic arrangements of POSM and draught equipment and provide other promotion supports for Macau market

• Generate new marketing ideas to keep abreast with market trends as pioneer in beer category

• University graduate, preferably in marketing or communications field

• Experience in FMCG especially in consumer and brand centricity, B2B or B2C distribution model preferred

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, creative and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Good interpersonal skills and flexible

• Presentable, well-organized and detail-minded with strong marketing and art judgements

• Self-motivated and proactive with creative thinking
