Responsibilities :

• Collaborate in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies covering Social media, Google ads & eDM etc to enhance retail shops and ecommerce sales
• Plan and execute online campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram & Xiaohongshu etc.
• KOL/KOC management for supporting sales/marketing promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Optimize performance across all stages of the conversion funnel
• Knowledge on digital platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Search Console etc will be advantages
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ experience or related working experience is preferred
• Experience in social media platform advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google product ad, Xiaohongshu etc.)
• Experience in Google Analytics or Ecommerce management is preferable
• Self-motivated, result oriented and data-driven mindset 
• Good project management, communication and analytical skills
• Able to work independently while also being a team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
