Responsibilities:

• Provide support to team members in implementing strategic marketing campaigns to align with Hotel Brand Image
• Conduct Market Research and Analysis, focusing on Hotels Marketing or PR projects
• Handle initial-stage marketing and media inquiries via telephone and email
• Regularly update social media channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Weibo etc.
• Maintain close communication and coordination with internal departments and external agencies for event-related needs
• Consolidate clippings reports, campaign analysis reports, and handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant Digital Marketing experiences, preferably in the Hotel Industry or Marketing Agency experiences
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
