Responsibilities

• To provide full aspect of operational and administrative support to Sales Operation – Promoter Team;
• Update and analyze the sales data & performance for management review;
• Coordinate training for Promoter on service & product;
• Monitor the punctuality & attendance of Promoters
• Calculate monthly commission and incentive;
• Execute ad hoc projects assigned.

Requirements 

• DSE graduates or above.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in retail shop management or retail operations.
• Good people management skills and sensitivity to figures.
• Strong self-motivation and multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese & English.
• Skilled in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Immediate available is preferred.
