The role will be responsible for managing the retail operations of all treatment centres in Hong Kong. 


Responsibilities
 

• Perform sales support duties to operations
• Closely monitor front-line's KPI and sales performance
• Establish a deep understanding on company databases
• Prepare and compile documents e.g. meeting agenda, minutes, presentation materials etc. in good manners
• Compile sales report and conduct data analysis using various statistical methods
• Ensure a valid data analyzing process including data extraction, manipulation, processing, and storage and archival
• Provide all-round office administration support to ensure the smooth daily operations
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for business related issues
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
 

• Degree in Business-related subject
• 1 year or above experience in retail operations, sales support, administration or related fields
•  Excellent communication, problem-solving and prioritizing skills
• A team player with detail mind
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• More experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Operations Leadership
