Job Responsibilities

•           Use the online store backend to update the system

•           Product shelving and data compilation

•           Answer and handle customer inquiries via phone/email/whatsapp

•           Follow up on complaints/return cases

•           Assist in fulfilling orders and shipping them

Job Requirements

•           Need to be good at computers and proficiency online shopping platforms / eShop platforms (e.g. Shopify)

•           Careful, efficient and responsible, able to independently complete and production projects

•           Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

•           Relevant experience or academic diploma
