In this role, you will：

-       Acts as a gate keeper to ensure brand events are progressed on time, on budget and on quality with all collaborating parties

-       Developing PR strategies and campaigns

-       Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material

-       Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public

-       Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management

-       Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)

-       Prepare and distribute press releases

-       Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson

-       Track media coverage and follow industry trends

-       Prepare and submit PR reports

-       Manage PR issues

-       Bilingual copy-writing & translation for Event, PR, and marketing materials (e.g. press release, company background, letter, website content, MC script, speech, newsletter, video script, advertorial, advertisement, brochure, etc.)

-       Prepare event materials and analysis reports, save and access all related documentation

-       Assist on event related content management on digital and social media channels (not limited to CMS, Facefook, IG, Wechat, Youtube);

-       This position reports to Head of Marketing.

-       Undergraduates or above with at least 3 years’ solid working experience, preferably in disciplines of event management, public relations, exhibition/event organization; sales & marketing; project management; corporate relationship building

-       Experience in organizing large-scale/corporate events and international trade promotional campaigns or customer service would be an advantage

-       Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; knowledge of a third language will be an advantage

-       Self-motivated and outgoing with good project planning ability

-       Innovative, flexible and be able to deliver under tight time and resource pressure

-       Be prepared to work during weekends on need basis

-       Ability to appreciate and work with people of different cultural background

-       Senior or Manager role would be considered with relative experience
