Salary

HK$16,816 – HK$26,173 (HGPS point 2 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Assume full front office shroff operation at HKWC hospital.
2.
Handle patient and non-patient billing, settlement and refund.
3.
Ensure transactions are complied with Hospital Authority’s guidelines.
4.
Handle external and internal enquiries.
5.
Prepare, check and ensure the accuracy of transaction reports.
6.
Perform accounting and clerical duties including data entry, data analysis.
7.
Maintain proper record filing and record system.
8.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Entry Requirements:
1.
(a)
Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
-
Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
-
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
2.
Ability to perform typing, word processing and / or Chinese word processing.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1.
Working experience as cashier and/or in shroff operation.
2.
Self-motivated, strong analytical mind and good interpersonal skill.
3.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
4.
Hands-on experience in common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet/Intranet etc) and PC applications (e.g. MS Office etc.).
5.
Experiences in HA hospital / clinic shroff will be an advantage.
Remarks:
2. Serving Staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
