Job Description
(Sr.) Customer Services Executive
Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams to pursue customer service excellence
- Respond to enquiries, requests and complaints from customers through inbound calls, email such as WhatsApp in a professional manner so as to align with the corporate image.
- Prepare correspondence to the requests, complaints and enquiries from customers through emails or letters.
- Assist in monitoring performance and productivity of the team in order to meet the service standards and KPIs.
- Upgrade and maintain customer database and customer service related systems for high quality of customer service .
- Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments
- Prepare monthly customer service reports for management review
- Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager/supervisor
Requirements
- Higher diploma/ associate degree or above
- At least 2 years experience in customer services
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on MS Office applications and Chinese Input is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
