Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources activities, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, staff cost and budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, HR compliance, performance management, training and development, employment Visa application etc
• Support on formulating, reviewing and implementing HR systems
• Chinese reports writing required by Head Office
• Handle Ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above; major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from banking, financial industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Experience in HRIS migration, deployment and implementation project is preferred
• Strong in project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, customer oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese typing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
