Role Purpose:

Our Legal Assistant is responsible for the daily administrative support in our Legal & Compliance Department.

What you will be handling:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Department
• Maintain filing system and database
• Help organize in-house trainings
• Conduct legal research
• Perform ad hoc tasks as being assigned

• Good interpersonal skills

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Higher Diploma or above of any disciplines, Business / Law studies is an advantage
• Secondary graduated with 10+ years relevant work experience will also be considered
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Terms of employment:

• HK$500/day; 7.5 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch in between
• 1-2 days per week (exclude Saturday / Sunday / public holiday)
• 6-month part-time contract (renewable)
• Exam break and flexi schedule
