Our client Ghost Studio Co., Limited is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, facebook messages
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries & complaints
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Report customer’s feedback to the Dev Team and follow up to ensure resolution

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree holder or above
• With 0-1 year relevant experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Well-knowledge in mobile gaming industry is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
