Our client is a reputable insurance company and is looking for Administrative Officer to support cross-functional teams. They are looking for a high caliber candidate to start immediately.

The Role

• Manage policy administration service to sales team
• Assist operations for new business and handle renewal process
• Assist in premium collection and commission settlement with finance team
• Maintaining quality of service and provide business services to internal business partners and customers

Your Profile

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Qualification of IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is mandatory
• With at least 2 years administration support from direct insurers / insurance broker is highly preferred
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese,
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, Chinese typing skill is preferred
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
