Job Description
A rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in training and talent development initiatives. We strive to build a world-class team that meets their reporting standards and contributes to the success of their organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing HR initiatives: Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, including manpower planning, training, and talent development.
- Training and Development: Organize and facilitate training programs, both in-class and virtual, aligning with our organization's requirements. Assist in designing training courses and creating training materials.
- Project Support: Play a critical, supporting role in project/program teams, delivering milestones and assisting the project/program lead as required.
- Culture and Employer Branding: Manage and coordinate projects focused on company culture and employer branding initiatives.
- Talent Management: Drive and promote talent development and management programs within the organization. Support talent acquisition, internship programs, and career development initiatives.
- HR Operations: Review and automate recruitment processes using HR systems and SharePoint platform. Provide HR advisory support based on corporate policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including staff communication, events, and surveys. Support the coordination of training, CSR activities, internal communication, and engagement events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze relevant data to provide ongoing reporting on talent development, retention, and other people initiatives. Make recommendations to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor headcount status against budget, analyze manpower shortfall, and propose retention measures.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources Management preferred.
- Over 5 years of training and development experience in a sizable organization
- Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training workshops.
