Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and product repairs efficiently and with the utmost courtesy, care and discretion that the brand is known for.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned premier clients, building rapport and addressing any issues or concerns
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-store regarding purchases, repairs, warranties and other after-sales support
- Resolve client complaints, ensure satisfaction and retention of high-spending customers
- Process repair requests and ensure timely turnaround as per standards
- Maintain detailed client records and purchase histories in CRM system
- Provide product information and recommendations to assist with purchases
- Apply knowledge of the brand's full collection including latest designs
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with privy to clients' personal information

Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery
- Strong communications skills with proven ability to deal with sensitive situations
- Discreet and professional conduct suited to serving ultra-high net worth individuals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
