We are now inviting full-time/ part-time interns to join our Experienced Hire Recruitment Team to provide end-to-end recruitment support.

 

• Coordinate and participate in the experienced hire recruitment process, from job posting, pre-screening, collecting required documents to onboarding
• Support the creation and maintenance of applicants’ personnel files
• Assist recruiters to source potential candidates for experienced hire positions
• Update recruitment report
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by recruiters

Requirements:
 

• Current undergraduates in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Good command of both spoken/ written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel
• Willing to learn and hardworking
• Detailed-minded and organized
• Able to work as part-time for at least 2-3 days per week or full-time
