Responsibilities:

• Liaison with HR on cabin crew pre-training planning and conduct induction orientation
• Prepare and coordinate for cabin crew training progress/manuals/records
• Handle and administer general documentation for trainees
• Assist to conduct and delivery cabin crew service training and develop training material
• Submission of applications and safe keeping authorized permits
• Follow up with post-training administration, evaluation and performance of trainees
• Provide any ad-hoc support service to the Section and Cabin Crew
• Updated the Training Validity
• Coordinate and monitor distribution of uniforms and accoutrements for trainees
• Enhance training quality and effectiveness to promote crew culture and service consistency among the entire crew community
• Assist in all areas related to cabin crew training, development, service procedures and standards
• Perform other projects & duties assigned by superior 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years cabin crew/airline-related experiences is preferred
• Form 5 and above, university qualification is an advantage
• Good Command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good organizational skills, task and time management
• Strong analytical skill and be able to meet tight schedule and deadline
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and good work ethics
• Ability to conduct training and deliver training programmes is an advantage
