Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of talent review and the succession planning process, able to identify high-potential employees, and develop talent pools for key positions
- Collaborate with HR business partners of the corporate office and different business units to identify key talent needs and create individual development plans
- Drive and manage the implementation of young talent/MT programs
- Design and manage leadership development programs, including training programs, coaching and mentoring initiatives and related logistics and administration
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management, and introduce innovative approaches to enhance talent strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in the area of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development in a corporate office
- Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
- Highly developed facilitation skills and strong project management skills
- Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret talent data and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to travel to Mainland China to various subsidary companies
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
