Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of “HK Taiping Premier Lounge 太平全球匯客廳”, ensuring all activities are running smoothly;
• Manage the booking system and coordinate the bookings of the Premier Lounge;
• Assist to greet visitors and provide on-site hospitality and sales support;
• Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, and provide related marketing and promotional support;
• Manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure the lounge is well-stocked at all times;
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations;
• Participate in other initiatives targeting High Net Worth (HNW) customers and perform ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience gained from reputable firms, preferably from financial industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with visitors in a courtesy and professional manner;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Ability to work independently and effectively, and take initiatives to solve problems;
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), familiar with photo-editing and video-editing software/ APPs;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
