Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information on orders, products, availability, pricing, and other customer service-related issues.
• Communicate effectively across different functions to gather customer order details, and maintain strong relationships with regular contractors, tradespeople, and customers.
• Raise jobs, purchase orders, and enter orders into systems, ensuring accuracy of pricing, payment terms, freight, product availability, etc.
• Collaborate closely with various departments on payments, credit limits, delivery holds, and initiate collection efforts for past due accounts. Research and resolve sales invoice discrepancies as they arise.
• Answer all customer inquiries received via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in resolving product/service disputes and escalate customer issues when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Experienced working in a similar customer service role
• Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and practices is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
