Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information on orders, products, availability, pricing, and other customer service-related issues.
- Communicate effectively across different functions to gather customer order details, and maintain strong relationships with regular contractors, tradespeople, and customers.
- Raise jobs, purchase orders, and enter orders into systems, ensuring accuracy of pricing, payment terms, freight, product availability, etc.
- Collaborate closely with various departments on payments, credit limits, delivery holds, and initiate collection efforts for past due accounts. Research and resolve sales invoice discrepancies as they arise.
- Answer all customer inquiries received via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in resolving product/service disputes and escalate customer issues when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Experienced working in a similar customer service role
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and practices is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
