 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all-rounded supply chain activities from order processing to shipment delivery
• Promote operation expenses efficiency.  Review and analyze logistics expenses payment settlement
• Collaborate with logistics service providers proactively
• Maintain related logistics systems
• Responsible for import and export customs declaration

Talent Requirements:

• Degree holder with logistics management, supply chain management, finance and other related majors preferred
• 1 year+ experience in logistics or operation practice
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, with ERP or Oracle experience an advantage
• Detail-minded, responsible, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

營運助理/主任 - 物流

主要職責:

• 負責統籌從訂單處理到發貨的全流程供應鏈活動管理；
• 負責推動營運費用精益化管理，定期對營運費用進行分析，審核和兌付物流費用；
• 負責積極推動與物流供應商的合作；
• 負責營運物流系統相關系統運維工作；
• 負責進出口報關工作。

任職要求:

• 持有大學學位，物流管理、供應鏈管理、財務等相關專業優先；
• 具備1年及以上物流或營運工作經驗；
• 具備良好的中文、英文、普通話口語和書面表達能力；
• 熟練使用office辦公軟件，有ERP或Oracle系統經驗優先；
• 工作細心，有責任心，以客戶為中心，能夠承受壓力。
