Job Description:

• Assist in the monitoring of daily cash flow, and provide operational support to place fixed deposits or purchase fixed income instruments with banks;
• Handling the treasury operation;
• Perform clerical duties in the treasury department；
• Review the application for payment of funds, and submit it to the relevant personnel for signature after verification；
• Make bank payment according to the verified payment voucher；
• Record payment accounting entries after confirming payment；
• File daily bank slips；
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• 1 years relevant working experience and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills, mature and self-motivated
