Responsibilities:

1. To identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products;
2. Drive the developing strategies for new products including co-brand product from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch;
3. Lead and monitor product development & renovation projects;
4. Work closely with internal and external production / QC teams to ensure accurate execution of product development with the right quality and time;
5. Involve marketing activities to achieve business targets and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities;
6. Support ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma holder or above, major in marketing, business management or related discipline;
2. With 2-3 years product experience in retail / FMCG (bottled drinks preferred);
3. With solid experience on market data analysis;
4. Able to independently manage project and drive progress;
5. Good business sense, logical mind-set and project management skills;
6. Good communications skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
7. Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Senior Product Marketing Officer".
