Your role:
- Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers
- Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
- Conduct administrative works and customer services support, including after-sales service, data input, documentations, etc.
- Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancement or production problem fixing
- Ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory rating by meeting all control and service requirements
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma / Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
- Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is a must (Paper 2 will be an advantage)
- At least 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry
- Fresh graduate with IIQE certificate will also be considered
