Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and complaints with appropriate recovery procedures through various channels in a timely manner
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Customer Service Lead in discharging duties to enhance customer experience
- Able to spot potential issues and alert the management efficiently and effectively
- Responsible for any ad hoc assignment if required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- A self-starter and a team player who possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
- Proficiency in using MS Office such as Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in Mandarin a plus
