As the key account manager, you will be responsible for build and cultivating relationships to understand the business objectives, challenges, and needs by engaging with distributors and key account. You will develop account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability. Act as the primary point of contact to address any inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and projects. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have at least 4 – 5 years of account management experience ideally from F&B or FMCG. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build relationships with Key Accounts and Distribution Management. You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to influence key stakeholders and drive sales with distributors and key accounts. You are analytical and have problem-solving skills to identify and propose effective solutions. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. You are fluent in Chinese and English.
