Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external parties for calibration and verification of measuring equipment.
• Manage and conduct GR&R of precision measuring instruments.
• Define and execute Quality Control Plan to ensure semiconductor equipment product quality.
• Monitor and report the product quality performance and conduct quality audits where required
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions.
• Resolve quality problem and handle customer complaints
• Work with Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure end to end product quality.
• Continual to drive quality improvement projects 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Good knowledge of quality management tools including Quality Mindset, MSA (AR&R,GR&R), AQL, 8D, Quality Tools.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA will be an advantage
• Experience in dealing with customers / suppliers are preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded with good communication, inter-person, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen Plants / Suppliers Sites / Customer Sites
