Your role:

• Devices/Gadgets/Accessories/Services evaluations and improvement recommendations
• Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
• Conduct competitive analysis of related products and services to understand the latest market trends, demand.
• Provide training guides or technical support to different departments on the product and service functionality details.
• Event support and coordination with different parties to deliver best user experience in devices and services
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

To succeed in this role:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in communication/computer engineering, IT,  marketing, or related discipline
• Knowledge on mobile service development and project management for new product/service launches.
• Knowledge in AI/ChatGpt/Web3/blockchain/metaverse/NFT 
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently under pressures and self-motivated
