Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' enquires and complaints (face-toface, phone and email)
- Response to general enquiries
- Assist day-to-day operation of the Conceirge / VIP Service Centre / eStore collect centre / Call Centre
- Shift duties are required and may need to work overtime according to the needs of the store
Requirements:
- Positive working attitude with sense of responsibility
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Experience in customer services role is preferred but is not a must
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for Customer Services Officer
